Cacau Park · Itu

The new cycle has a date: December 2027.

Cacau Show is building Latin America's largest theme park in Itu, along the Castello Branco highway. This is not small-town promise — it is the country's largest private tourism investment, aimed at the country's largest consumer market, about an hour from the capital.

  • R$ 2 bn

invested by Cacau Show, on a ~7 million m² site along the Castello Branco highway, in Itu.

  • 50,000

visitors per day of designed capacity, across ~70 attractions. Opening scheduled for December 2027.

  • R$ 35 bn

in estimated regional economic impact over 10 years, with ~3,000 direct and ~6,000 indirect jobs projected for the operation.

  • 1,000+

rooms in themed hotels, plus a shopping mall, convention center and residential areas within the complex.

  • 55 m · 120 km/h

Latin America's tallest and fastest roller coaster, built by Vekoma — the same manufacturer behind Disney attractions.

  • ~1h

from São Paulo. The park is positioned to rival Beto Carrero World — with the country's largest consumer market at its doorstep.

Other vectors

The park is not coming alone.

In the Cacau Park's wake, other investments are redrawing Itu's map: the Kartituano karting circuit, with a reported investment of R$ 110 million, is emerging as a new high-end real-estate vector in the municipality (project status being confirmed), and hotel expansion tied to the park is already in motion.

Those who sign now open their doors before the 2027 wave.

A restaurant does not open in three months. Retrofit, team, a house finding its rhythm — the calendar of whoever wants to be ready when the park opens starts now. It is the difference between riding the wave and arriving after it.
